A warm welcome to Cedars! We are the Key Stage Two class in our Specialist Provision at Kilcooley made up of 13 pupils from P5-P7.

We have been remarkably busy with our learning this year and have covered lots already!  From nouns and adjectives to place value and addition.  We focus on our literacy and numeracy skills each day in Cedars.  After break, we have been reading ‘Rainforest Calling’ and love hearing about the adventures of characters Daisy and Pablo on their mission to save the Amazon Rainforest.

We love exploring and finding out all there is about the World Around Us.  We are learning about the Rainforest this term and all the natural beauty and wonderful wildlife.

Over the next year, we have more exciting themes to look forward to including:

• HMS Titanic
• Expedition: Me!

There are exciting things happening in LSC2 this year and we are so proud of everyone in our class!
